The IT6100B series is a versatile, high-performance programmable DC power supply, offering fast voltage and current adjustment with precise control. It is equipped with a digital voltmeter and ohmmeter, allowing it to measure external voltage and resistance directly. The high voltage rise speed of <20ms makes it particularly useful for applications requiring rapid power delivery transitions, such as power module testing and electronic device evaluations.
